History: Stationed in Taunton, Massachussets, Charlie Collins established Princess House (“PH”) in 1963.
PH got its start in a chicken coop, a far cry from the impressive corporate headquarters it now occupies.
Collins had a goal: he wanted everyday homemakers to have the chance to create income streams and become more self-reliant.
At fifty years plus, Collins has made this goal a reality. Thousands of independent reps promote PH products throughout the U.S. and Puerto Rico.

There’s already nothing more annoying than for a customer to be put on hold for long periods of time, but you can ease a customer’s mood and connect them with more information about your business with a good on hold message. The key is having a message that works for your business and helps convey more information about it to your waiting customers.
There are literally hundreds of different ways that you can connect with your customers, but many of them involve more work and effort on your part. An on hold call message is something that you can put into place easily and cheaply. Once it’s ready to go, you don’t have to deal with it at all. Simply let it play when your customers are on hold. It’s just one more excellent way to connect with your customers, and it’s something that many businesses fail to implement.
